COULD YOU BE PART OF THE NEXT CHAPTER OF LATIN & LINE?

Latin & Line is getting serious about expanding into new areas across the Costa Blanca, and we are now looking for enthusiastic, experienced people who would love the opportunity to train with us, become part of our instructor team and potentially develop their own Latin & Line classes in their area.

💃 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You might already be:

✨ A qualified or experienced dance instructor
✨ A Zumba or fitness instructor
✨ From a dance school or performing background
✨ An experienced line dancer
✨ An experienced social or Latin dancer
✨ Someone who has assisted with or led dance classes before
✨ Or simply a very confident, experienced dancer who believes they have the personality, ability and commitment to become an instructor

You don’t necessarily need to have taught Latin & Line before — that’s what our training is for.

We are looking for people who LOVE dance, enjoy being part of a friendly dance community and would be excited about building something of their own while working under the established Latin & Line umbrella.

✔️ Help with finding and developing opportunities in your area

🕺 DEVELOP YOUR OWN AREA

We don’t just want instructors to cover an occasional class.

We want the right people who are interested in growing with Latin & Line.

Once trained and approved, there is the potential to establish and run your own regular Latin & Line classes in your area — and, where appropriate, develop additional classes and venues as your dance community grows.

🇪🇸 IMPORTANT — WORKING LEGALLY IN SPAIN

Anyone teaching and earning through Latin & Line must be legally entitled to work in Spain and have the appropriate working arrangements in place.

If you are already registered as autónomo/self-employed, fantastic.

For suitable instructors who are legally entitled to work but are not operating as autónomo, we can discuss the appropriate contractual arrangement available.

Full details will be discussed individually before anyone begins teaching.

💗 INSTRUCTOR MEMBERSHIP & TRAINING

There will be a reasonable initial training/start-up fee and ongoing instructor membership, which helps cover your training, continued development, teaching resources, branding and ongoing support as part of Latin & Line.

This isn’t simply about finding people to teach a few dances.

We’re looking for people who want to become part of the future development of Latin & Line.
