Hello Dancers!
I’m Lianne Lewis and for over 30 years I have been sharing my passion for movement with other lovers of dance and fitness across the globe. Ballroom trained from an early age, my career and love of the dancefloor has graced me with championship trophies, global dance mentoring and now founding and managing the Latin & Line dance school across the Costa Blanca in Spain.

Scientific studies* have proven that the only physical activity to offer protection against dementia is frequent dancing.
The study suggested that seniors who took dance lessons 4 days a week had a measurably lower risk of dementia than those who only participated once a week.
